Fishing
As a fisher, players catch fish from bodies of water such as lakes, rivers, and oceans. The fish obtained can be used in cooking to create various dishes, as well as for other purposes such as completing quests and earning rewards.
There will be many different types of fishing.
- Coastal/lake fishing
- Small-game fishing
- Deep-sea fishing
Herbalism
Herbalism is a gathering skill in Ashes of Creation that allows players to collect various types of herbs and plants from nodes scattered throughout the game world. These materials can be used in alchemy to create potions and other items, as well as for other purposes such as completing quests and earning rewards.
Hunting
Hunting is a gathering skill in Ashes of Creation that allows players to collect animal resources such as meat, hides, and bones from wild animals throughout the game world. These materials can be used in cooking, crafting, and other activities, as well as for completing quests and earning rewards. In addition to hunting wild animals, players can also participate in group hunts and other events, such as monster hunts or escort missions, that offer unique rewards and challenges.
Lumberjacking
As a Logger, players collect wood from trees and other sources throughout the game world. The wood obtained can be used in crafting to create a variety of items, including weapons, armor, furniture, and more.
Mining
As a miner, players will be able to gather various types of ores and minerals from nodes scattered throughout the game world.
These materials can be used in processing and crafting to create weapons, armor, and other items.
